This Privacy Policy for California residents supplements the information in Biscred’s Privacy Policy and is provided for pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). This policy describes how Biscred collects, uses, discloses and safeguards personal information provided by California residents in connection with the Service.   This California Privacy Policy uses the terms “Consumer”, “Personal Information”, “Sale” and “Business Purpose” as they are defined in the CCPA.

  • To provide product customer service;

  • As necessary to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws; and

  • To protect against security threats and protect against illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activity, and any subsequent investigation of that activity.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale
In the last 12 months, Biscred has sold Personal Information, including name, place of employment, professional title, business e-mail address and phone number, office address, social media links, and work or educational history. This information is sold to Biscred’s customers, including for commercial strategy, analytics, and business-to-business sales and marketing.

Biscred will not discriminate in pricing and services against a consumer for exercising their CCPA rights.


Verifiable Requests
When you exercise the rights described above and submit a request to us, we will verify your identity by asking you for your name, email address, business phone number, company name, or current job title.  You may be entitled, in accordance with applicable law, to submit a request through an authorized agent through the same mechanisms that you can use to submit a request directly. The request must also include sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to the request. If we need more information to process your request, we will contact you via e-mail or in writing. 


Information of Children Under the Age of 16
Biscred’s products and services are directed at business professionals. Biscred’s products and services are not targeted to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect, maintain or sell any Personal Information for children under the age of 16. If we discover we have collected any information for persons under the age of 16, we will delete their Personal Information.
